{EN} As those of you who follow me on Instagram already know, last summer my boyfriend and I had a wonderful trip to the United States. So I thought it might be useful to share these moments with you in a series of following posts, as I guess I am not the only one dreaming and planning an upcoming trip during this intensive summerisation.
Well, though San Diego was not first on our “to see” list, and we only spent one day there, the flow of inspiration involuntarily pushed me to start with it. It was the first place, where I really felt cozy in USA (couldn’t explain why). The city is simply wonderful, different from the other places we’ve visited. It has a special vibe. And while it is really business and industrial minded, nature has a heavy word to say in it’s charming beauty. I cannot give you travel tips in this post, as the time spent there is absolutely insufficient for doing that, but you still get one big piece of advice: visit The Sunset Cliffs. The view is breathtaking, especially, as you may imagine, at sunset.
{RO} După cum cei dintre voi care mă urmăresc pe Instagram știu deja, vara trecută, împreună cu iubitul meu am fost într-o superbă călatorie in Statele Unite. M-am gândit că ar fi util să împart aceste momente cu voi intr-o serie de postări ce urmează, așa încât sunt convinsă că nu sunt singura care visează și planifică o vacanță iminentă pe măsura ce soarele se instalează tot mai confortabil peste noi.
Deși San Diego nu a fost primul oraș pe lista noastră “de văzut” și nu am petrecut decât o zi acolo, imboldul inspirației m-a făcut involuntar să încep anume cu acest oraș. A fost primul loc în care m-am simțit cu adevărat confortabil in SUA (nu aș putea să spun de ce). Orașul este pur și simplu splendid, foarte diferit de celelalte locuri pe care le-am vizitat în această călatorie. Și în timp ce este foarte activ din punct de vedere al afacerilor și al industrializării, natura are un important cunvânt de spus atunci când vine vorba de peisajele lui fermecatoare. Am petrecut prea puțin timp in San Diego ca să mă pot aventura în a le da sfaturi celor care vor sa-l viziteze, dar un lucru am totuși de spus: mergeți sa vedeți The Sunset Cliffs. Peisajul iți taie respirația, mai ales, după cum zice și numele (sunset), la apus.
